We are seeking a driven and experienced Manager to join our client, specializing in Value Creation for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) clients. In this role, you will leverage strategic insights and hands-on expertise to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver long-term value for our clients. As part of a dynamic consulting team, you will work closely with senior leaders, lead project teams, and collaborate with clients to address critical challenges and unlock new opportunities in the DACH TMT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value Creation and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive value creation strategies that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve profitability for clients within the TMT industry.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique challenges to provide tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Operational Improvement: Assess and optimize clients’ operating models, organizational structures, and processes to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing them with coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to build a high-performing team.
  • Business Development: Support the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in proposal development, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives within the TMT sector.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in management consulting or strategy roles with a focus on TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) value creation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the DACH TMT landscape, with a proven track record of delivering value creation strategies in these sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and operational diagnostics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and leading teams to deliver high-impact results in a consulting environment.
  • Education: Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
