Our client is seeking a Partner in their Technology Consulting and People Advisory practice, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients through the most critical aspects of people transformation and organizational change. You will leverage your deep expertise in technology-enabled HR transformation, workforce strategies, organizational design, and digital tools to help businesses navigate complex workforce challenges.
This role involves a combination of client relationship management, business development, leadership, and thought leadership. You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s position in the UK market while leading the strategy and growth of our People Advisory service offering.
